BLACKBERRY BOURBON LEMONADE

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz Duke Bourbon
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz simple syrup
½ oz blackberry purée
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 Cardamom pod
Club soda
Lemon wheel, blackberry for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Muddle Cardamom pod.
2. Combine ingredients except club soda to a shaker with ice and shake.
3. Strain into a mason jar filled with ice.
4. Top with club soda.
5. Garnish.

Serves: 5 | Time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
7 ½ oz Duke Bourbon
3 ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
3 ¾ oz simple syrup
2 ½ oz blackberry purée
5 dash Angostura Bitters
5 Cardamom pod
Club soda
Lemon wheel, blackberry for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Muddle Cardamom pod.
2. Combine all ingredients except club soda into a 60 oz. pitcher and stir.
3. Pour into mason jars filled with ice.
4. Top with club soda.
5. Garnish.
